Position title
Account Clerk

Responsible for daily accounting functions

Check customer payment details and perform settlement in system

Prepares bank reconciliation statements

Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry and invoice checking

Assist in accounts payable and outgoing payments

Perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing


DSE or above with basic accounting knowledge

1 year solid experience in Accounting

Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing

Independent, detail minded and accurate

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent telephone manner

Immediate available is preferred

Experience in Yonyou is an advantage
