In adherence to our “commitment to serving our honorable customers”, Bonjour has done the utmost to serve the public. Entering our 28th year, we remain steadfast in our goal to serve with hearts, focus on customers’ needs and develop our business in a way that allows us to provide a superior customer experience. Although the outlook of the retail market is positive with an ever-growing number of tourist arrivals and improvement in consumer sentiment, there are still uncertainties in the global economy. With this in mind, Bonjour will continue to diligently overcome challenges, grasp opportunities and steadily move forward.

Hong Kong has embraced beauty trends from all over the world and played an important leading role in global beauty culture. Bonjour has always kept abreast of the latest trends in the beauty and cosmetics market to cater to customer needs. Beauty products have consistently evolved over time, so to stay ahead of market trends, we have remained committed to providing a wide variety of products while focusing on the quality of products and services. The Group currently runs 36 retail stores in Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou, selling over 20,000 products. To remain competitive, we keep optimizing our product mix and seeking trendy, high-quality products around the world. We also insist in serving our customers with passion supported by our “hearty services”.

Given the rapid development of technologies, the popularity of the Internet and social media has advanced the development of e-commerce. The advent of the New Retail Era has also brought new business models and opportunities to the industry, and the rise of experimental consumption drives higher demand for products and service from the customers. Given the recent change in the retail landscape and consumer patterns, we understand technology development is necessary for standing out amid fierce competition. To provide a better shopping experience to the customers, we have optimized Bonjour’s online shopping processes and integrated its online and offline promotions to streamline the shopper experience, enhance overall competitiveness and embrace the New Retail Era.

The retail industry in Hong Kong is on the track for recovery and the industry’s prospects look optimistic. Growth of total retail sales are expected to continue, which will positively impact Bonjour. Looking ahead, and backed by years of experience in the retail industry, Bonjour will adhere to the principle of “service-oriented, striving for excellence” to further strengthen brand value. We will pay more attention to various uncertainties in economic environment, plan development strategies prudently and continue to innovate in response to the market changes. The Group is united in its readiness to face the challenges in the market. We will actively enhance our product range and service quality, while continuing to provide better products and more diversified services to our customers as thanks for the trust and support we have received from the public.
